Job Description

Responsibilities
- Connect with customers in person and online to understand their needs and help match them with the right vehicle
- Guide buyers through the sales process, including product demonstrations, test drives, trade-ins, and financing options
- Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, features, pricing, and promotions to confidently assist and inform customers
- Follow up with prospects and recent buyers to build relationships, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals
- Use the dealership’s CRM to manage leads, track communications, and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a smooth, customer-first experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required (any industry – retail, phones, electronics, real estate, hospitality, etc.)
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required – we provide full training
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like CRM systems, email, and mobile apps to manage leads and communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you should enjoy talking with people and building relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
