Job Description

Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and needed repairs

Responsibilities

  • Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and needed repairs
  • Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software (CCC)
  • Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, costs, and timeline
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and confirm estimates
  • Work closely with the Collision Center team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely repairs
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, supplements, and customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience

Requirements

  • Previous Collision Estimator experience required
  • Estimator experience in related industries such as RV or powersports are welcome to apply
  • Estimator license required
  • Strong understanding of repair procedures and estimating systems
  • Experience working with insurance companies and claims processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment
