Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and needed repairs

Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and needed repairs
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software (CCC)
- Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, costs, and timeline
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and confirm estimates
- Work closely with the Collision Center team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely repairs
- Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, supplements, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience
Requirements
- Previous Collision Estimator experience required
- Estimator experience in related industries such as RV or powersports are welcome to apply
- Estimator license required
- Strong understanding of repair procedures and estimating systems
- Experience working with insurance companies and claims processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment
