Responsibilities
- Help customers select and purchase the motorcycle of their dreams! Bring your 'A game' to work every day!
- Greet customers and identify the motorcycle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are important!
- Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features on test drives
- Guide customers through the sales process while overcoming objections for an immediate purchase.
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
- Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork and our dealership's success
- Maintain an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude
Requirements
- Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed with great sales, communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, driven and helpful
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- A motorcycle endorsement is preferred. We will help you obtain it!
- Good computer and social media skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Can lift 50 lbs. and is comfortable learning to move heavy weight Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
