Harmony Home Medical is a family-owned medical equipment company proudly serving San Diego since 2008. We help seniors and individuals with mobility challenges live safer, more comfortable, and more independent lives at home. What we do matters and how we treat people matters just as much. We’re looking for a sales-driven, people-first Customer Service Representative who knows how to build trust, create rapport quickly, and guide customers to the right solutions. If you’re someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, takes pride in closing sales ethically, and shows up consistently and on time, this role is for you. This is not a passive customer service role. Strong sales ability and communication skills are essential.

Benefits
- $22 per hour base pay
- 5% commission on monthly sales after $40,000 in sales
- Once fully trained, typical earnings range $25 – $32 per hour for team members with solid sales skills

Responsibilities
- Build strong, genuine relationships with customers and caregivers
- Communicate confidently by phone, email, and in person
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate medical equipment solutions
- Educate clients on product features and proper use
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and service goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Represent Harmony Home Medical with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Proven sales experience is required
- Spanish speaking is required (English/Spanish bilingual)
- Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Patient, compassionate, and professional — especially with seniors and caregivers
- Confident communicator with excellent listening skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and guiding purchasing decisions
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Comfortable and quick using computers and learning new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check, DMV check, and narcotics drug screening
