Responsibilities
- Perform auto repair/maintenence work specified according to experience and certifiecations
- Inspect vehicle and identify/diagnose any problems
- Test components using diagnostic tools
- Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
- Repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. in accordance to dealership standards
- Test drive vehicle before and after repairs
- Learn new information in training sessions
Requirements
- Automotive Repair Tech/Mechanic experience is required
- Factory trained and/or trade school training preferred
- Versatile in skills and tasks performed
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Good work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and works well on a team
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
