Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and build rapport to understand their vehicle needs
- Present and demonstrate pre‑owned vehicles across a wide range of makes and models
- Assist customers with test drives, feature explanations, and comparisons
- Provide transparent pricing, financing options, and trade‑in guidance
- Maintain CRM notes, follow up with leads, and manage your sales pipeline
- Stay informed on inventory updates, pricing trends, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with sales managers and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Uphold dealership standards for customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience with proven track record required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and deliver a “customer‑first” experience
- Self‑motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals
- Comfortable learning product features across multiple brands
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
