Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional, hospitality‑focused manner
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate Lexus models and features
- Conduct product demonstrations, walkarounds, and test drives
- Clearly present pricing, purchase options, and Lexus ownership benefits
- Maintain expert‑level product knowledge across the Lexus lineup
- Follow up with leads and past clients to build long-term relationships
- Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining a client‑first approach
- Ensure a seamless, luxury‑level experience from introduction to delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales and a proven track record of success is required
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
- Self‑motivated with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
