Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Build relationships and provide a positive customer experience
- Follow up with customers and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed performance goals
Requirements
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation!
- Professional appearance and people skills
- Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few.
- Computer knowledge and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
