Hooks Lincoln is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Dealership Driver to help create an exceptional service experience by safely transporting customers, picking up and delivering customer vehicles, and assisting with dealership vehicle transportation. If you enjoy being on the road, meeting new people, and providing outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity. No dealership experience is required. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a safe driving record, and a commitment to taking care of our customers. Job Description

Safely transport customers between the dealership and their home, office, or other destinations Pick up customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments Deliver completed vehicles back to customers in a timely and professional manner and more.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers between the dealership and their home, office, or other destinations
• Pick up customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
• Deliver completed vehicles back to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Drive dealership vehicles as needed to support service and dealership operations
• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after transport
• Assist with moving and organizing vehicles around the dealership
• Help provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older to be considered
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
