Responsibilities
- Build Connections: Engage with customers—whether in-store or responding to leads—by understanding their riding dreams, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Be the Expert: Share your knowledge and passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, gear, and culture to inspire and inform buying decisions.
- Create Excitement: Offer test rides and showcase the features and craftsmanship that make Harley-Davidson legendary.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Guide customers through every step, from selection to delivery, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Foster Loyalty: Build lasting relationships, turning first-time buyers into lifelong members of the House of Harley-Davidson family.
Requirements
- Sales Mindset: 2+ Years Experience in Sales Preferred (motorcycle or automotive a plus) or a natural talent for connecting with people.
- Passion for Riding: A love for motorcycles and an appreciation for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
- Strong Communicator: Confident, professional, and skilled at building trust with customers.
- Driven to Succeed: Motivated to meet sales goals, embrace challenges, and deliver results.
- Licensed to Ride: A valid motorcycle license (Class M) in the State of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one upon employment is required - we value team members who live the lifestyle they represent.
