Job Description

Coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules and ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of customer motorcycles.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Pick-ups & Deliveries: Coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules and ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of customer motorcycles. Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Dealer Trades (In-State & Out-of-State): Transport motorcycles between dealerships, ensuring proper documentation and condition verification—maintaining a professional demeanor while representing House of Harley-Davidson
  • Internal Motorcycle Movement: Safely move motorcycles within the store, showroom, and service areas, assist with inventory organization, support Sales and Service teams with staging needs, and perform the DOT daily checklist to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Test Rides & Customer Tutorials: Accompany customers on test rides, provide basic motorcycle operation tutorials, and ensure they feel comfortable and confident in their purchase.
  • Post-Service Review: Walk customers through completed work on their motorcycles, answer questions about repairs, upgrades, or modifications, and verify satisfaction before final handoff.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as the liaison between Sales and Service departments, ensuring smooth handoffs of motorcycles between departments, and relaying customer feedback or concerns to the appropriate teams.
  • Customer Assistance & Follow-Ups: Provide updates to customers on service completion, assist with special customer requests, and collaborate with Service Advisors to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • What We’re Looking For—Required:
  • Valid Motorcycle License (Class M) in the State of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one upon employment is required and clean driving record
  • Experience handling and transporting motorcycles safely.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to push, move, and/or ride 900 lb. motorcycles as needed.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining motorcycle features.
  • What We’re Looking For—Preferred:
  • Prior dealership or service experience.
  • Preferred minimum age of 21.
  • CDL license preferred.
  • Familiarity with Harley-Davidson motorcycles and features.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor customer concerns on-site.
