As a Digital & In-Store Sales Professional, you’ll use your tech-savvy skills to engage high-quality online leads, manage your sales pipeline through CRM tools, and create a premium buying experience both online and in the showroom that reflects the Harley-Davidson brand with passion, integrity, and professionalism. You’ll combine traditional sales expertise with advanced digital communication, including email, text, social media, and short-form video, to drive engagement, foot traffic, and closed deals across all channels. Responsibilities

  • Engage and convert digital leads using phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up while delivering a world-class buying experience from first contact through delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through consistent communication, product knowledge, and professional follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and exceptional post-sale experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, gear, and accessories to confidently guide customers through the buying process.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience is required. (Motorcycle, powersports, or automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.)
  • You should have a proven ability to manage digital leads, use CRM systems effectively, and communicate confidently across multiple platforms.
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, competitive, and driven to exceed goals while delivering the legendary Harley-Davidson customer experience.
  • A motorcycle license and riding experience are preferred but not required.
