Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Harley-Davidson motorcycles to factory specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and advanced service work on V-Twin engines
- Install performance upgrades and aftermarket parts
- Execute custom builds and modifications as requested
- Provide guidance to customers about repair needs and upgrade options
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work meets quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative shop environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician (Harley-Davidson preferred)
- Strong knowledge of V-Twin diagnostics, maintenance, and repair
- Experience with performance upgrades and custom work
- Dyno-tuning experience is a major plus
- Desire to make a long-term career move and grow with our dealership
- Completion of Harley-Davidson PHD or Master Tech certification is a plus, but not required
- Passion for motorcycles and delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
