Hugh White Honda is HIRING NOW for a Service Department Scheduler to respond to internet inquiries, answer calls, and schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs, routine maintenance, and more! Enjoy working in our fun, fast-paced Business Development Center! Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, friendly, and have excellent customer service skills and experience with high inbound/outbound phone calls. Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound phone calls for the service department and schedule appointments for the service department
- Inform customers of special programs/incentives
- Call to confirm service appointments
- Follow up with every service customer regarding his or her satisfaction with the service department
- Greet customers cordially and guide them to the relevant location depending on the purpose of their visit
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Onsite position
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Resume must be uploaded to be considered
- Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus!
- Good verbal and written communication skills required
- Previous experience with high inbound/outbound calls required
- 1 or more years of customer service and phone experience required
- Computer/internet savvy
- Must be a motivated and goal-driven candidate who will make an immediate impact and help us to continue to grow
