Responsibilities
- Help customers select and purchase a vehicle, prospect for new customers, and more. Bring your "A" game and a positive attitude to work every day.
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Follow proven steps to close deals
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
- Build and maintain a book of business
- Provide exceptional customer service every day
- Meet dealership sales goals
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Requirements
- An energetic and goal-oriented self-starter with good sales, customer service, communication and computer skills
- Auto sales experience is a plus
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
