Huntington Honda is seeking a dynamic Automotive Service to Sales Manager to oversee the entire Service to Sales process, identify equity opportunities, engage with customers in our service department, and ensure seamless collaboration between the service and sales teams. Responsibilities
- Engage with service customers to identify equity opportunities for trade-ins and vehicle upgrades
- Present vehicle options to customers and negotiate deals to meet their needs
- Work closely with the service and sales departments to create a seamless customer experience
- Monitor department performance, including sales metrics and customer satisfaction scores
- Train and mentor team members to maximize their potential and contributions
- Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
