Responsibilities
- Work the desk daily — structure deals, appraise trades, and secure financing
- Support and train sales consultants throughout the sales process
- Make outbound calls and dive into the CRM to drive engagement
- Collaborate with management to hit monthly volume & gross profit goals
- Hold the team accountable for follow-up, daily activity, and results
- Be a visible, active leader on the floor — coaching, problem-solving, and closing deals
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership and desking experience in a high-volume store
- Strong deal structuring, closing, and communication skills
- Confident in making calls, coaching staff, and leading by example
- Familiar with CDK, Eleads, and Vauto (preferred)
- Honda experience a plus!
- Knowledge of used car operations/inventory strategy is a bonus
- Motivated, coachable, and highly driven to succeed
