Huntington Honda is seeking a BDC Manager to manage our dealership’s online presence, digital marketing strategies, and overseeing the daily operations of the BDC team to enhance our customer engagement and drive success. If you have a proven track record in automotive BDC operations or internet sales leadership and you're ready for your next big opportunity, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time management role in a high-traffic, well-staffed store. Hire, train, and manage a high-performance sales/service/appointment setter team to work in our fast-paced business development center to answer requests for vehicle information, schedule appointments for service, to meet with our dealership's sales team, and more Train and assist sales team to respond internet, phone, and live chat requests for vehicle information using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates Train sales team to answer requests for vehicle pricing, availability to purchase, and schedule several appointments per day to meet with our dealership's sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performance sales/service/appointment setter team to work in our fast-paced business development center to answer requests for vehicle information, schedule appointments for service, to meet with our dealership's sales team, and more
  • Train and assist sales team to respond internet, phone, and live chat requests for vehicle information using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Train sales team to answer requests for vehicle pricing, availability to purchase, and schedule several appointments per day to meet with our dealership's sales team.
  • Train service team to schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm and reschedule appointments
  • Meet sales goals
  • Contribute to high CSI scores
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • Proven background in Automotive Internet Management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to motivate and lead a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and positive attitude
  • Professional, ethical, and respectful
  • Driver's license and good driving record
