Job Description
Schedule of the inbound and outbound flow of parts Effectively communicate with Service department to ensure the required parts are available for technicians Ensure that required parts are ready for shipment according to required deadlines Pull parts for shipments and technicians

Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with Service department to ensure the required parts are available for technicians
- Effectively communicate with the service department to retrieve required parts as needed for technicians
- Maintain technician work area (shop) in a clean and organized manner
- Retrieve vehicles as needed
- Maintain property in event of snow/rain storm
- Pull parts for shipments and technicians
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Check in daily orders
- Support initiatives to improve shipping, receiving, handling and storage of materials for an efficient and organized inventory management
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
- Retrieve vehicles as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience is a plus!
- Inventory Management or Warehouse experience is a PLUS!
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be efficient, accurate and well organized
- Highly professional and dependable
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
