Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for service, maintenance, or recall work
- Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and accurately identify repair needs
- Advise customers on recommended services, pricing, and maintenance plans
- Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and the parts department
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Review repair orders and invoices with customers at completion of service
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) ratings through exceptional service and communication
- Foster long-term customer relationships built on trust and transparency
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred, but we will train the right person with an automotive background!
- Saturday availability is a must
- Background in Warranty/Insurance Adjusting, Automotive Technician/Mechanic, or Parts/Sales/Retail also translates well
- Experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine dealerships is a major plus
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
- Excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
