Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for service, maintenance, or recall work Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and accurately identify repair needs Advise customers on recommended services, pricing, and maintenance plans and more.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for service, maintenance, or recall work
- Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and accurately identify repair needs
- Advise customers on recommended services, pricing, and maintenance plans
- Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and the parts department
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Review repair orders and invoices with customers at completion of service
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) ratings through exceptional service and communication
- Foster long-term customer relationships built on trust and transparency
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is required
- Saturday availability is a must
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
- Excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
