Service Advisors play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving revenue growth within our service department. Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, promote special promotions, follow vehicle from service bay entry and more.
  • Communicate the customer’s requests to the technical team
  • Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle
  • Ensure auto service work is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Manage any customer complaints or issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge

Requirements

  • Auto dealership Service Advisor experience with good customer service, computer, communication and sales skills is preferred. We train for success!
  • Understands basic vehicle mechanics 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Reliable with a good work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
