Indy Hyundai's fast-paced Business Development Call Center (BDC) is seeking energetic Internet Sales Associates to respond to internet inquiries and phone calls from interested car shoppers, schedule appointments for them to meet with our sales team, follow up, confirm, and reschedule appointments, and more. Responsibilities include providing product information, meeting sales quotas, and utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and sales processes. Responsibilities

  • Provide product information, meet sales quotas, and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and sales processes.

Requirements

  • Appointment setting, call center, automotive BDC sales, CRM management, and handling inbound/outbound customer communication experience is preferred
  • A sales mindset and focused on achieving results
