Job Intro
Lincoln of Coconut Creek provides luxury cars and excellent customer service to our customers! We need to hire BDC Sales Appointment Setters to work in our FAST-PACED business development call center to answer multiple internet and phone requests from potential customers seeking the price of Cars and SUV's and if they are available to purchase. YOUR PRIMARY GOAL is to schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team to purchase vehicles, confirm/ reschedule appointments, and more! Automotive BDC and Call Center experience is preferred. Bring your "A" game and a positive attitude to work every day and earn what you deserve! The effort you put in equals your financial reward! Requirements
- Automotive BDC or Call Center experience is preferred
- Excellent customer servce, communication and sales skills
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's self-motivated to succeed
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and professional appearance
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
