Respond to phone calls and internet inquiries from interested car shoppers Set appointments for our sales team with customers shopping online

Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls and internet inquiries from interested car shoppers
- Set appointments for our sales team with customers shopping online
- Follow up, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Work closely with our sales team to maximize showroom traffic and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Call center or BDC experience is a HUGE plus (especially sales-based)
- Strong phone voice, confidence, and great communication skills
- Energetic personality, takes direction, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Sales mindset with a focus on results and great customer service
- Punctual, driven, and eager to grow within the company
