Isringhausen Imports needs to hire an IT Specialist who will ensure that the dealership’s IT equipment and infrastructure are functioning properly. This will involve network equipment installation and maintenance, PC maintenance and repair, network troubleshooting, Account creation, Firewall troubleshooting, Windows 2012 Server management, ISPI, ISTA as well as the responsibilities listed below. Job Description

Manages and oversees the daily performance of computer systems and network including PCs, VoIP phones, printers, firewalls, antivirus, email, switches, complex software applications, switches, credit card machines etc. Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and oversees the daily performance of computer systems and network including PCs, VoIP phones, printers, firewalls, antivirus, email, switches, complex software applications, switches, credit card machines etc.
  • Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data.
  • Manage and troubleshoot with multiple vendors and third parties to address software systems issues as they arise
  • Work with management to plan, recommend, order, and install new technology equipment and projects for the dealership
  • Manage wireless networks for both customers and employees
  • Google Analytics knowledge a plus
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues with industry specific applications.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements

  • Applicants must have experience in an IT-related field
  • Experience working with, migrating, and implementing Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, G-Suite, Avaya, VoIP systems, Barracuda network firewall, Aruba switches and Wi-Fi access points, Windows 7/8/10, etc.
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. College preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and voice/phone.
