Responsibilities
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle from service bay entry until completion and ensure customer is satisfied. Learn and answer vehicle operational questions Schedule appointments for repair service, maintenance and /or recall work. Greet customers and inspect their vehicle Offer additional services and products including special promotions Follow status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work Keep customers informed of changes Upon completion of work, review work order with customer Provide a completely satisfied customer experience Maintain high CSI (customer satisfaction index) score
Requirements
Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience is preferred Automotive operational knowledge A friendly 'people person' with excellent customer service and communication skills A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficiency on relevant platforms is a plus Valid driver's license and good driving record High school diploma or equivalent
