Help customers purchase auto parts, receive and stock parts into inventory, and much more.

Responsibilities

• Help customers purchase auto parts and accessories, receive and stock parts into inventory, and much more.
• Answer requests for auto parts information such as price, availability, etc.
• Obtain and distribute parts and accessories to service techs/mechanics for repairs
• Assist customers in purchasing parts and accessories for their vehicles
• Stock parts into inventory by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves
• Receive and inspect returned parts; return payment; issue credit; re-pack and re-shelve items; return damaged items to supplier.
• Pick up and deliver parts
• Maintain a clean and orderly stock room and workspace

Requirements

• Automotive parts experience is required. Reynolds & Reynolds experience is helpful
• Good customer service, communication and computer skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
