Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers, answer vehicle operational questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion and more.

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle from service bay entry until completion and ensure customer is satisfied.
- Learn and answer vehicle operational questions
- Schedule appointments for repair service,
- maintenance and /or recall work.
- Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
- Offer additional services and products including special promotions
- Follow status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of changes
- Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
- Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
- Maintain high CSI (customer satisfaction index) score
Requirements
- Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience is preferred
- Automotive operational knowledge
- A friendly 'people person' with excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency on relevant platforms is a plus
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
