Job Description

Train, supervise, and oversee accounting and office staff Ensure the use of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures set forth by management Oversee payroll operations

Responsibilities

  • Train, supervise, and oversee accounting and office staff
  • Ensure the use of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures set forth by management
  • Oversee payroll operations
  • Make sure reports are accurate and distributed to all departments in a timely manner
  • Meet with department managers regularly to address receivables, expenses, sales, and ways to improve the business
  • Ensure all ethical, legal, and regulatory compliance initiatives are followed

Requirements

  • 5 years of Automotive office experience required
  • 1 year as an Automotive Office Manager required
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Ability to lead and train an office team of 6
  • 'Hands-on' leadership style
  • Works well with department managers
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
