Job Description
Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and credit card transactions and more.

Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and credit card transactions
- Maintain organized AP files and documentation
- Assist with month‑end closing tasks
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous Accounts Payable and dealership accounting experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
