Job Description
Prepare, submit, and track warranty repair orders and claims according to dealership and manufacturer policies. Pay close attention to details, accuracy, and timeliness of claims

Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track warranty repair orders and claims according to dealership and manufacturer policies.
- Pay close attention to details, accuracy, and timeliness of claims to ensure the Service Department receives payment.
- Assist each store's Finance and Insurance Department in answering warranty submittal questions.
- Maintain detailed notes about warranty issues
- Answer customer inquiries about products or cancellation procedures.
- Enter price changes and collect payments
- Process customer refunds within the set rules and timeline.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Ford Warranty Administrator is required
- Dealertrack experience helpful
- Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in-person
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational/ sequencing skills
- Working knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, policies, and procedures
- General knowledge of product installation activities
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
