Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates
- Use estimating software to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
- Negotiate and confirm estimates with insurance companies
- Ensure proper documentation for all work and customer records
- Stay updated on industry standards, repair procedures, and safety guidelines
- Provide an excellent customer service experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Prior Estimator or Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive dealership, body shop, or insurance adjuster background is a plus
- CDK experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
