Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming internet leads, calls, and customer inquiries
- Assist with customer follow-up
- Help maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates
- Support basic marketing efforts, including online listings and promotions
- Communicate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback
- Assist with general administrative and office tasks
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply – training provided
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, administrative, or call center environments is a plus
- Recent graduates interested in marketing or business are encouraged to apply
- BDC (Business Development Center) or similar customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable on the phone, email, and computer systems
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer and typing skills required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
