Job Intro
Ken Ganley Kia is part of the Ken Ganley Automotive Group, ranked #14 in the U.S., and we are seeking to hire an Automotive Internet Sales Representative to help manage incoming online inquiries and guide customers through the early stages of the vehicle buying process. In this role, you’ll respond to leads, answer questions, follow up with customers, and help schedule appointments for the sales team. You’ll play an important part in creating a smooth, positive experience by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping customers engaged from their first inquiry. No prior automotive sales experience is required. Sales experience in any industry is welcome! We provide training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers shopping for vehicles online and over the phone
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with the dealership's sales team
- Manage incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and chat responses via lead CRM platform
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text and provide a great customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices in the industry
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, but not required – training provided

- Strong communication and customer service skills (phone, text, and email)
