Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online; learn customer needs and recommend the best vehicle options

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
- Learn customer needs and recommend the best vehicle options
- Provide product demonstrations and test drives
- Guide customers through the sales and financing process with transparency and care
- Follow up with leads to build lasting relationships and referral business
- Stay up to date on Toyota’s product lineup, features, and promotions
Requirements
- Previous successful Automotive Sales experience is a plus but not required! Experience in Real Estate, Social Media Marketing, Customer Service, or Retail Sales translate well in this position!
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
- Integrity, a Positive Attitude and a Strong Work Ethic Required
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
