Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work Greet customers and inspect their vehicles. Advise customers about necessary/suggested services. Offer additional services, products, and special promotions. Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work. Keep customers informed of any changes that occur. Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed. Provide a completely satisfied customer experience

Requirements

2 years of service advisor experience is preferred. General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations required. CDK and XTime experience preferred. Good customer service and communication skills Works well in a challenging environment Professional appearance and a positive attitude Excellent work ethic and computer skills Valid driver's license and safe driving record Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment.
