Job Description
Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work Greet customers and inspect their vehicles. Advise customers about necessary/suggested services. Offer additional services, products, and special promotions.

Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
- Greet customers and inspect their vehicles.
- Advise customers about necessary/suggested services.
- Offer additional services, products, and special promotions.
- Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur.
- Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed.
- Organize and control the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner
- Work closely with the Service Manager daily to ensure processes are being followed by the team to maximize shop flow and profitability
- Implement and maintain an effective dispatch system
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date repair log
- Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
Requirements
- 2 years of Service Advisor / Dispatcher experience is required.
- KIA experience preferred
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations required.
- CDK and XTime experience preferred.
- Must be able to run dispatch at high-volume service department
- Must be able to coordinate with Shop Foreman
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Works well in a challenging environment
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Excellent work ethic and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
