BDC Service Representative - Business Development

Automotive BDC Service Representative (Part-Time 30 Hours)

Potential Income: $30,000 - $40,000 per Year Part Time Hours:  3 Ten Hour Days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

KIA of Everett is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Representative for our Business Development Center to answer our service department's incoming calls and place outbound calls to schedule or confirm appointments for repairs / maintenance, oil changes, etc. KIA of Everett is a leading dealership in the Everett, WA area. Job Description

Schedule customers for their service appointments and handle Incoming and outgoing calls.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule customers for their service appointments.
  • Handle Incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Assist customers in person with any scheduling needs.
  • Call customer for special-order parts and we-owe appointments.
  • Answer phones for service department and help give status updates on vehicles being worked on.
  • Answer service emails
  • Watch and maintain the schedule for service department.
  • Schedule recalls and order parts for the recalls.
  • Call to confirm upcoming appointments.

Requirements

  • Experience is preferred, but we provide excellent training for qualified candidates
  • Telephone/call center/customer service experience is a plus
  • Great customer service, communication, and computer skills
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task
  • Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • The ability to follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and to positively defuse negative situations with customers
