In this role, you’ll supervise a team of detailers, manage workflow between departments, and maintain the highest levels of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Detail Department, setting standards for quality, efficiency, and professionalism
- Supervise a team of detailers, providing training, support, and motivation to deliver best-in-class results
- Coordinate workflow between sales, service, and reconditioning departments
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all Land Rover vehicles meet brand presentation guidelines
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Prior detailing experience (managerial or team lead experience is a plus!)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High standards for quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-end, professional environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
