Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Detail Department, setting standards for quality, efficiency, and professionalism
• Supervise a team of detailers, providing training, support, and motivation to deliver best-in-class results
• Coordinate workflow between sales, service, and reconditioning departments
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all Land Rover vehicles meet brand presentation guidelines
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Prior detailing experience (managerial or team lead experience is a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High standards for quality and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-end, professional environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
