Land Rover Knoxville is hiring a professional, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Representative to answer inbound service calls, schedule appointments, and follow up to ensure satisfaction for our Service Department. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule service appointments using internal systems
- Follow up with customers regarding appointment reminders and service status
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Support the service team by helping streamline communication and scheduling
- Ensure each customer receives timely, courteous service
Requirements
- Customer service, BDC, or call center experience preferred
- Strong phone communication skills and confidence handling high call volume
- Energetic, outgoing, and motivated to provide excellent customer service
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate customer management/scheduling systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
