Job Description

Communicate with customers, present our vehicles, and identify their needs Create rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network Perform test drives, and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot
• Communicate with customers, present our vehicles, and identify their needs
• Create rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
• Perform test drives, and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
• Follow-up with customers to maintain the relationships and deliver a quality experience
• Answer/make calls and respond to internet inquiries / generate leads

Requirements

• Automotive sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with diverse personalities and backgrounds is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Flexibility regarding travel to dealerships in Chattanooga
