Assist retail and internal service customers with parts inquiries, orders, and recommendations Identify correct parts using catalogs, diagrams, and manufacturer systems Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and more.

Responsibilities
- Assist retail and internal service customers with parts inquiries, orders, and recommendations
- Identify correct parts using catalogs, diagrams, and manufacturer systems
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
- Maintain parts inventory, stock levels, and organization
- Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors to support repair workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Ensure parts department cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for professionalism and customer care
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Counterperson, or similar automotive role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and OEM parts
- Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable using dealership DMS and parts‑ordering software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
