This pivotal role involves managing our dealership’s online presence, digital marketing strategies, and overseeing the daily operations of the BDC team to enhance our customer engagement and drive success. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our online presence and digital marketing strategies
  • Supervise BDC representatives, managing both inbound service calls and outbound customer communications
  • Enhance customer relationships, ensuring all interactions make our clients feel valued
  • Maintain compliance with Mercedes Benz’s certification standards with regular recertifications
  • Coordinate effectively across departments to uphold high service standards and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven background in Automotive Internet Management or a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to motivate and lead a team
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ADP systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, meeting all deadlines
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Customer Communication Skills are expected and rewarded
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
