Landmark Ford is seeking an Evening Tech Parts Salesperson, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our largest customer—the Service Department. This position focuses on internal parts sales at the tech counter, ensuring our service technicians have everything they need to deliver top-notch repairs. Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate support to service technicians by identifying, locating, and supplying required parts
- Process internal parts sales transactions and maintain detailed records using dealership systems
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, pulling and restocking parts as needed
- Coordinate special orders and communicate part availability to the service department
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Assist in evening inventory reconciliation and report any discrepancies
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related role is preferred but not required; training is provided
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and accessories
- Familiarity with dealership parts catalogs and inventory management software is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during evening shifts
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment screening
