Responsibilities
- Help customers select and purchase a vehicle. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day!
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, helping them navigate the vehicle buying process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, features, and pricing
- Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to demonstrate features and performance
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and text to build relationships and generate repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales and finance team to ensure a smooth, transparent purchase process
- Stay current on product updates, promotions, and manufacturer incentives
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools
Requirements
- Required: Previous automotive sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to stick to established processes, complete daily tasks assigned in the form of calls, texts, emails, etc.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good computer skills and comfort using CRM systems, dealership management software, and GM training tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage time and follow up with leads consistently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
