Oversee all accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial statement preparation and more.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings accurately and timely.
- Develop and maintain effective financial controls and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with department leaders to support operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure accurate administration of benefits programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Controller in a Virginia dealership setting.
- Strong knowledge of dealership accounting practices and financial regulations.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
