Job Description
The Sales Associate develops a rapport with customers to determine the vehicle that meets their budget and preferences; provides various finance options, accompanies customers on test drives, and demonstrates vehicle features.

Responsibilities
- The VW Sales Associate is the customer contact from initial contact through the close of the sale.
- Develop rapport with customers to determine the vehicle that meets their budget and preferences
- Provide various finance options
- Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Provide an excellent buying experience.

Requirements
- Automotive Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Professional personal appearance; self-motivated; driven to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
