Job Description
Safely transport service customers to and from the dealership and local destinations Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle when needed and more.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport service customers to and from the dealership and local destinations
- Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
- Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle when needed
- Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and presentable
- Coordinate transportation schedules with the service department
- Make occasional dealership errands or vehicle deliveries as needed
- Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety procedures
- Help create a positive experience for every customer
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Previous driving, customer service, valet, rideshare, or shuttle experience is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Punctual, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable using a smartphone or GPS navigation
