Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Ferrari Parts Department
- Assist with inventory management of Ferrari parts, accessories, and special-order components
- Order, track, and receive parts through Modis and approved suppliers
- Ensure accurate and timely parts availability for service, restoration, and warranty repairs
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation, labeling, and storage practices
- Provide parts support to service technicians and advisors in a professional and efficient manner
- Process warranty parts returns and core exchanges in accordance with Ferrari policies
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and obsolescence control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts storage and counter area
- Uphold Ferrari brand standards in appearance, communication, and customer interaction
- Professional appearance and conduct consistent with Ferrari brand expectations
Requirements
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts counter or parts support role
- Proficiency with Modis, CDK, and Microsoft Office (or ability to learn quickly)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to accurately handle high-value inventory
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of automotive parts ordering and inventory processes
- Preferred Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of automotive parts counter experience
- Experience with luxury or exotic automotive brands (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, etc.)
- Familiarity with dealership service department workflows
